NOC ENGINEER la Zapp in Bucureşti

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
oUniversity degree in Electronics and Telecommunications or similar;
oPrevious working experience in mobile telephony network operations, maintenance and implementation is a plus;
oExcellent analytical and problem solving skills;
oExcellent communication and teamwork;
oVery good computer skills – MS Office, Linux;
oGood command of English;
oAble to work in shifts;
oDriving license: B category.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
oMonitors the alarms of all Network Elements throughout the Operations and Network Management software;
oPerforms periodical maintenance routine activities according with existing procedures;
oMonitors the Network Elements alarms from the Network Operation Centre consoles, identifies and replaces the faulty parts and/or informs other maintenance personnel as per the equipment type, location or complexity;
oFollows the special procedures in case of emergency in the MSC location;
oProvides shift reports to NOC Manager about all the events occurring in the network and logs them within the online Data Base;
oCo-operates with third party transmission service providers in case of the leased lines outages;
oAssists to all NOC collocated equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance; periodically supervises the non-monitored equipment parts; performs periodical charge-discharge of batteries as per the vendor specs and tests the power back-up systems functionality;
oMaintains a temperature-constant and a dust-free environment in the MSC room, controls and cleans periodically the equipment rooms, inspects the air-conditioning functionality;
oParticipates to all related training sessions to achieve the best accuracy and efficiency.
