Sales Operator la e-merch Online Marketing Services GmbH in Arad

CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- good knowledge of English and / or German (considered an advantage), spoken and written
- Good PC skills, particularly MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Internet Explorer)
- previous experience regarding call center activities is considered a high advantage
- true communication skills, which should enable you to have a confident conversation with any person
- persuasion and negotiation abilities
- serious and persistent personality with team-work spirit
- ability to work independently, to take responsibility, show initiative and creativity, good work ethics, punctuality, problem solving attitude, self confident, ambitious
- ability to quickly adapt, concentrate and enhanced attention to details.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job responsibility:
No previous experience is necessary for the job, but we do require that you will be eager to contact companies and be willing and open to achieve results.
You will have the chance to:
- assure profitable growth of the company
- join a young and expanding team
- practice your communications skills in both German and English
- promote and sell our services via telephone
- develop and manage our clients portfolio
- be able to learn how to properly use our software
- collect, select information and organize it in our database
Job Description:
You will be given an electronic database with a lot of information from companies that we wish to reach; each company will be dealt with in a case-to-case basis and the possible procedures for them are:
1.Checking the web site and analyzing whether or not the company is a potential customer for us (we will train you concerning all the criteria)
2.Calling the companies to find out who is the right person to contact.
3.Calling the companies to present our offer, negotiate and advise concerning the best solutions for client
In all cases there is the necessity of keeping an accurate and clear online report of all the calls done in a day, the results and status achieved.
In-house training will be provided for the IT software used.
