Requirements:
- Technical education/engineering background
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in design, industrialization, production or quality engineering
- Managing quality experience in a supplier relationship is a clear advantage
- Board understanding of materials and manufacturing technologies
- Thorough knowledge of quality tools to drive supplier quality improvements
- Good communication, coaching, negotiation and change management skills
- Fluent in Romanian and English

Responsibilities:
- Drive material quality improvements in supply chain processes
- Collects, analyzes and reports quality related information and data
- Identify material quality risks
- Initiate and monitor corrective and preventive actions implementation
- Interface with suppliers in quality development projects as well as continuous quality improvements
- Manages quality reviews with factory and defined suppliers
- Responsible for tracking and reporting materials metrics and performance measurements
